One of the developers team KDE, Aaron Seigo announced this week a new tablet-based operating system Linux. The novelty is called Vivaldi, and if all goes according to plan will be available in May.

The unit will offer a 7-inch display with 800 x 480 pixels and will run on a processor AMlogic 1 GHz. New graphics chip uses the Mali-400 has 512 MB ​​RAM and 4 GB of persistent storage, offers a connector HDMI, a pair of USB ports and front camera. The tablet is running an operating system Mer Linux, and uses an interface KDE Plasma Active.

In Europe, Vivaldi tablet will cost around 200 euros (264 dollars).
