Yahoo! and Facebook today declared that they have joined into specified contracts that launch a new advertising collaboration, increase and increase submission agreements, and negotiate all awaiting patent statements between the companies.
Under the contracts, which include a patent collection cross-license, the events works together to carry customers and promoters top quality press encounters publicized and allocated across both Yahoo! and Facebook . Yahoo! and Facebook will also perform together to carry Yahoo!'s large press event coverage to Facebook customers by working together on public integrations on the Yahoo! site.
