SCE to Build a Reasoning Assistance Bringing Gaikai's Reasoning Based-Streaming Technology into Its System Business
Sony Pc Enjoyment (SCE) today declared that it joined into a specified agreement on June 30, 2012 (Japan Time) to obtain Gaikai Inc., the leading interactive cloud-based gaming organization, for approximately USD 380 million. Through the purchase, SCE will identify a new impair service, ensuring that it continues to offer customers with truly modern and immersive interactive entertainment encounters.
