Most of SuperPad tablet PCs from Shenzhen are entry level tablet PCs. But there are still some high-end tablet PCs.
Shenzhen Trust Time will release the 10-inch SuperPad tablet PC based on Tegra3 four-core.
Nvdia chip is so powerful but difficult to develop. Trust Time has released the 10-inch knock off Xoom based on Tegra2 dual-core. Tegra3 has the same appearance, 10.1-inch capacitive screen with 1280×800 resolution, 1G memory, 32G storage, front facing camera, rear facing camera, Bluetooth, GPS, HDMI, 3G card slot, SIM card slot and Android4.0.3 OS.
Tegra3 based on four-core is the first mobile processor  in the world, TSM 40nm process, highest frequency of single core is 1.5GHz, highest frequency of four core is 1.4GHz, computing ability is 13800MIPS which is three times the Tegra2.
The representative products are Eee Pad Transformer Prime TF201 and LG Optimus 4X HD.
Based on four-core, the speed of tablet PC is next to PC. Portable tablet with excellent experience will be more and more popular.
The appearance looks like Xoom.
Front facing camera, rear facing camera, Mini USB, Micro HDMI, TF card slot, SIM card slot, Bluetooth and GPS
The PCBA
32G Nandflash from SanDisk and 128Mx8(1G) from HYUNDAI

The back
The 4-PLUS-1 architecture not only provides powerful performance but also can achieve long battery life.

Sony Tegra 3 slate benchmarked, Tablet S successor on the way?

Diposting oleh fatih on Minggu, 18 Maret 2012

Sony V150 shows up on NenaMark sporting Tegra 3 GPU
If you're looking to benchmark tools for hints at Sony's next slate, then you're looking at a little number that calls itself the V150. According to the NenaMark Android GPU benchmarking tool, this 1.4GHz tablet rocks a 1280 x 752 display and Android 4.0.3. An Nvidia Tegra 3 helps this slate achieve a benchmark score of 59.70, which is well above the Tablet S' 42.89 average. Considering that Sony's lastwedge-shaped wonder has already seen a sizable price drop, it's looking like the firm may be gearing up to announce its replacement. We're reluctant to make the call with only a single benchmark score to go by, but we won't stop you from speculating.

Nvidia Wants Proof That Apple’s A5X Is Really 4X’s More Powerful Than The Tegra 3

Diposting oleh fatih on Rabu, 07 Maret 2012

If you tuned into Apple’s “The New iPad” announcement earlier today, you may have noticed a huge 20 foot chart that showed their new A5X processor boasting 4x’s the performance of comparable quad-cores, namely, Nvidia’s Tegra 3 processor. But you know who really noticed? Yup. Nvidia.
In an interview with ZDNet, Nvidia rep Ken Brown said that although “flattering” that they were mentioned during the press event, Apple failed to back up these claims with neither hide nor hair of a footnote, denoting proper benchmark tests.
"We have to understand what the application was that was used. Was it one or a variety of applications? What drivers were used? There are so many issues to get into with benchmark."
We’ll have to wait for round 2 once The New iPad officially goes on sale and benchmarking applications can finally put these claims to the test. What do you guys think the outcome will be?

Nvidia to introduce quad-core device(s) at MWC

Diposting oleh fatih on Kamis, 09 Februari 2012

This is not the first quad-core Tegra 3-powered device we've seen (remember the Eee Pad MeMo at CES?), and no one was really in the dark as to expecting something of this nature from Nvidia in Barcelona this month.
Normally, we would assume it might have something to do with the leaked HTC Edge we saw late last year—it certainly fits the profile: Quad-core? Check. Tegra 3? Check. But should the Edge be announced, it will most likely be announced at HTC's event held the day before MWC, and not at Nvidia's "exclusive event."
Or could it be the Arrow prototype we saw from Fujitsu at CES? Again, we would assume Fujitsu would have their own booth or event for such an announcement, but who can say what kind of a deal Nvidia has worked out?
Whether it's a new tablet or smartphone, we definitely don't recommend trying to steer a roller coaster with it. All jokes aside, check back here for all the MWC goodness, starting February 27th.

LG X3 revealed: quad-core Ice Cream Sandwich

Diposting oleh fatih on Jumat, 20 Januari 2012

Perhaps a taste of what we can expect at MWC next month, the X3 looks to be one of the early challengers to HTC in the quad-core market.
The robust processor comes courtesy of the Tegra 3 chipset by Nvidia, and while the 720p screen measures in at a quite large 4.7 inches, it supposedly manages to retain a slim 9mm waistline. LG plans to stick in a 2000mAh battery to power it all.

Other highlights include 16GB of internal storage, 8MP camera (plus 1.3MP front-facing), capacitive buttons, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, and an NFC transceiver. Also, the X3 should come with the latest Android, Ice Cream Sandwich, right out of the box.
Expect the X3 (if it is still called that upon release), by the end of Q2 this year.
