Step 1 : Unzip it , you got 7 Files inside


Step 2 : Plug In your TAB N12 the USB to PC, it show IMPORTANT !!!  (first Time user upgrade)
Installation of driver
Firmware upgrade, please turn off the player. Press and hold the +/-(volume) button and Connect the USB  to the PC USB port. If you have not installed the device driver will pop up the following prompt:


Select "Install from a list or specific location (Advanced)", click Next.


Select the driver folder under the rockusb.sys
驱动 - SELECT your PC version (win XP/7/Vista/2000) - rockusb.sys


It Copy and install the Driver into PC

This completes the USB device driver installation.

Step : 3 :


Alright it in chinese word, please select word 语言(1st button) to English ,OK after install driver into your PC , it will recognized after yo plug in the N-12 to usb pc , refer PIC (it turn green) mean it detect your N-12, then please select a FIRMWARE(format : IMG) your wish to upgrade/downgrade ,after everything select and done.

please hit button 2nd UPGRADE : following the PC will ruining to upgrade your N12 to new version of firmware.
